Building on Success

1,723 people attended Lockex 2016, the pioneering new show for locksmiths and auto locksmiths, which took place on 16th to 18th September at the Ricoh arena in Coventry. Over the 3 days of the exhibition, Locksmiths had the chance to visit over 80 exhibitors, take part in 68 workshops from leading suppliers, enjoy a free lunch and free parking, stay in the on-site hotel and much more.

What's New

Lockex 2018 will take place in June following popular demand. The exhibition, café and workshops will all be in the main hall, as well as a special surprise, so you don’t miss a moment. There will be more to see than ever before as 2018 sees Lockex expand to include a wider variety of industry sectors including security and fire safety. None of this changes the all-inclusive approach locksmiths loved about Lockex 2016.

A Winning Venue

Why change a winning formula? With superior on-site facilities, on-site hotels and free on-site parking along with a preferable midlands location, The Ricoh Arena was an obvious choice to return to. The venue also boasts a direct rail link, is a 20 minute drive from Birmingham International Airport and easily accessible from the motorway.

Lockex 2018 is brought to you by Clearview Group Limited, the publishers behind the UK’s leading industry magazine – The Locksmith Journal. Distributed to the most accurate and comprehensive locksmith database in the UK of over 8,500 locksmiths, The Locksmith Journal is a gateway to the world of locksmiths – a showcase for the lock, safe, security and hardware industry.

What a well organised show, with fantastic signage everywhere – you couldn’t miss anything. It can often be quite costly to attend shows so having meal vouchers to pay for lunch and free parking was a really nice touch.”
