Biography
We are a locally run family business with over 30 years of experience in the locksmith trade. We have evolved from from humble beginnings as 3D Group began as a household key cutters and shoe repair shop in Mapperley, Nottingham. Over time we began to offer a replacement vehicle keys service from the shop, it was at this point that we discovered how difficult it was to purchase good quality auto locksmith parts and tools at a good price.
Seeing a niche in the market we started our own wholesale business from the shop premises in 2007 and since then we have seen massive growth. We now have purpose built premises that includes offices and a warehouse to house our 30+ members of staff and the thousands of product lines we now stock. We stock everything an auto locksmith could need from genuine vehicle remotes, to key blanks, transponder chips, vehicle entry tools and key cutting and programming machinery. We still have the shoe repair shop and our mobile auto locksmith service that covers the Nottinghamshire area. However 3D Group now supplies auto locksmiths worldwide with everything they could possibly need.
